She has a specialist background in gynaecological and urological nursing combined with a passion in pre and post natal care she is the perfect Pilates instructor to help you rebuild your body after baby!
From her own experience Justine understands the hormonal changes and physical demands of carrying, delivering and then caring for a newborn which can leave a mother feeling physically and mentally vulnerable.
