We want you to feel comfortable. This is a studio for everyone regardless of your fitness levels, age or whether you have done Pilates before or not!

We take particular measures to personalise your experience. You won’t always be doing the same exercise as the person next to you.

Each class is an opportunity for you to disconnect from your phone, refocus & connect with like-minded people. It is a place for you to realign your body and seek balance, both mentally and physically.

If you could rate your physical and mental health out of 10, what number comes to mind first?

No one is perfect, so I wouldn’t expect you to say 10, but if the answer is less than 9, why is that?

If you have made it to us, I can only assume that there is something about your health that you wish to change or improve.

More common than not, general work/life stress can form a condition or a state of health that we can only describe as a 6 or 7 out of 10!

For you, it might be a sore back, poor posture, a combination of tight and weak muscles, that may or may not be paired with a general feeling of sluggishness or very little energy.

On top of that, you may have tried other forms of exercise in the past that have been uninspiring to you, beyond a 6-week challenge!

 If you gave yourself an overall health rating of 6 or 7 out of 10, have a think about what is required for you to bring that number up to an 8 or 9 out of 10.

Maybe you haven’t yet found an exercise that makes you feel JOY and HAPPINESS. An activity that makes you feel energized when you leave and which makes you want to come back for more the next day.

Call me bias (I am), Pilates is a pretty damn good form of exercise. Not only does it take on a scientific approach (physios love it) that makes it effective at correcting imbalances in the body, it also requires immense concentration that reduces your stress. In the words of one of my clients –

“Wow, I just forgot about all of my problems for an entire hour”.

At Duo, we want you to do more than 1 class before you form an opinion about Pilates and decide whether Duo is YOUR happy place. It takes time to become accustomed to Pilates and develop the coordination, concentration and body awareness to really FEEL the difference it can make in your life.

To make the most of your month of Pilates….

Based on the quote below, we encourage you to attend 3 classes per week for 1 month. This will help you reach your first milestone and allow you to FEEL the effects of Pilates on your body.


In 10 sessions, you will FEEL a difference.

In 20 sessions, you will SEE a difference.

In 30 sessions, you will have a whole new body

Throughout your Month of Pilates, we will guide you through a process of identifying your movement issue, making you more aware of your body and helping you to rebuild strength in muscles you didn’t know existed!

The outcome of this? You will feel realigned, balanced and optimistic for your health. You may even be able to add an extra number to your health rating! How good would that be?

+ What to bring to class?

Good Vibes and a pair of socks! You are also welcome to bring your own mat but don’t stress if you don’t have one, we have enough to go around!

We also advise that you wear sneakers of some kind if you plan on attending one of our Pilates circuit classes.

+ What to expect after the Intro offer is over?

Our intro offer does not lock you in to anything once it is over! It is simply a chance for you to get to know us and see whether or not Duo is a good fit for you! If you love our classes and wish to continue, we have a Duo Pilates Membership available for you!

Our Duo Pilates Membership includes unlimited access to all classes for $45/week (no lock in, 2 weeks notice to stop or suspend)
