This method is tailored to the go-getter, the hustler, the one who likes to work hard. Maybe you've done pilates or have exercised before, or maybe you're someone who hasn't done pilates before but loves to dive in head first. We know you like the occasional hard workout and aren't afraid of a little sweat but you also love the mindfulness and meditative element of pilates that forces you to concentrate and be present.
